Robyn Flowers | REALTOR® | Tinley Park & Chicago South Suburbs Real Estate Agent
Hi, I’m Robyn Flowers, a REALTOR® serving Chicago’s South Suburbs, including Tinley Park, Orland Park, Palos Heights, Mokena, Frankfort, and surrounding communities.
I’ve been licensed in Illinois since 2014 and have helped clients close more than 75 real estate transactions totaling over $18.4 million in sales. My approach is straightforward: real advice, clear communication, and a strategy that actually fits your life—not a script.
I work with a lot of first-time buyers, move-up families, downsizers, and multi-generational households, including families navigating special needs or neurodivergent considerations. Finding the right home isn’t just about square footage or finishes—it’s about how the space works for your day-to-day life.
I hold the ABR® (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), PSA® (Pricing Strategy Advisor), and CSC designations, and I’ve been recognized with Honor Society (2021) and Directors Circle awards from 2022–2024. I’m also actively involved in the local real estate community, serving on the Mainstreet Realtors Government Affairs Committee South and co-chairing the Starck Palos Diaper Drive.
Clients often tell me they appreciate how responsive and honest I am during the process. I believe real estate works best when people have good information, a clear plan, and an advocate who’s paying attention to the details.
Most of the homes I work with fall between $200,000 and $800,000, and I have experience in neighborhoods throughout the South Suburbs including Tinley Heights, Westwind, Radcliffe Place, Willow Walk, Hamilton Lakes, Clearview, Catalina, and Nantucket Lakes.
If you’re thinking about buying or selling and want someone who knows the local market—and will give you straight answers—I’d love to help.
